Jennifer Garner admits that if there are a lot of amazing women outside, who don't care how many times they give birth, their bodies will still come back as slim as before.



Actress Jennifer Garner recently thought about her thoughts on her body. In the podcast "Happy Mum Happy Baby" which aired on Tuesday (9/3), the actress spoke openly about how she views her body after having three children.


First of all, he admitted that if there were so many amazing women out there, no matter how many times they gave birth, their bodies would still be back to their original slender body. "There are some extraordinary women whose bodies: no matter how many babies they have, they will go straight back to slender hips, no bloated bellies," he explained.


To host Giovanna Fletcher, he expressed his admiration for them. On the other hand, he also admitted that he didn't like him. "I mean this is amazing. I have many friends who have a physique like that and I am very happy for them. I am not one of them," said the star of "13 Going on 30".

Jennifer has three children. They are Violet, 15, Seraphina, 12, and Samuel, 9, with ex-husband Ben Affleck. Even though he can actually work hard to get the ideal body, it is not an easy thing. "I can work really hard and I can be completely fit but I will still look like a woman who has three babies, and always will be."


Meanwhile, this is not the first time Jennifer has opened up to admit herself for who she is after giving birth. Two years after her third child, the actress once talked about a 'baby bump' who was reportedly pregnant with her fourth child.
